1. Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order or booking a service through Brews United Coffee Co. ("Brews United," "we," "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Our Services
Brews United provides craft coffee catering for private events, corporate functions, and retail pop-ups in the San Francisco Bay Area. We also sell coffee products — including brew kits, curated boxes, and bundled packages — through this website.
3. Orders and Payment
All online orders are processed through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. By completing a purchase, you authorize Brews United to charge the provided payment method for the total order amount, including any applicable taxes and fees.
- Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully processed and you receive a confirmation email.
- Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.
- We currently ship physical products within the United States only. Catering services are available in San Francisco, CA and surrounding areas.
4. Delivery
Physical product delivery is available within the United States. We offer free local delivery within San Francisco for qualifying orders. Estimated delivery windows are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed — delays caused by carriers or weather are outside our control.
Catering bookings require a confirmed event date and location within our service area. We will contact you via the email provided to confirm logistics.
5. Cancellations
For product orders: all products are perishable goods and are not eligible for refund once delivered, except for damaged or incorrect items. Please review our Bookings, Cancellations & Refunds page for full details.
For catering bookings: a 50% deposit is required at booking to secure your date, with the remaining balance due at least 2 weeks before your event. Cancellation refunds are based on timing:
- More than 1 month before event: 75% refund of the total amount paid.
- Between 2 weeks and 1 month: 50% refund of the total amount paid.
- Fewer than 2 weeks: No refund.

6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use this site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable regulations.
- Submit false or fraudulent orders or booking inquiries.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or interfere with any part of this website.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including text, photography, logo, and brand assets — is owned by Brews United Coffee Co. and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without written permission.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of this website or that product descriptions are error-free. To the extent permitted by law, Brews United disclaims all warranties, express or implied.
9. Limitation of Liability
Brews United's total liability for any claim arising from use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order or booking giving rise to the claim.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. The revised version will be posted here with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
